Audio Experience does not offer pro audio products or services. However, please contact us and we can provide you with a referral to someone who does pro audio that we would recommend.

do you offer any repair services ?

While Audio Experience sells parts from our partner brands, we do not offer any repair services. However, please contact us and we can provide you with a referral to someone who does audio repair work that we would recommend.

Do you offer car audio products or services ?

Audio Experience does not offer car audio products or services. However, please contact us and we can provide you with a referral to someone who car audio that we would recommend.

What payment methods do you accept ?

Audio Experience accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, as well as personal checks with a copy of a valid drivers license.

do you offer sales, price matches, Discounts, or promotions ?

Audio Experience offers brand new products sourced directly from our partner brands, that are sold exclusively at the MSRP set by the manufacturer, without exceptions.

We do not price match, nor will we participate in price negotiation, haggling, or bartering of any kind.

Audio Experience will always participate in every sale, discount, and promotional offer that is made available to the consumer directly from the manufacturers we represent and will not offer anything beyond the scope of what is made available by the manufacturer.

For items deemed “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used”, we will match any competitors currently advertised price.

What is the return policy ?

Any brand-new item purchased from Audio Experience directly via in person pickup may be returned for any reason.

Any item sold other than in brand-new condition and/or deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used” is sold strictly as is, and is not returnable under any circumstances.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the reason.

All items to be returned must be physically hand delivered back to us within 7 calendar days of the original date of pickup.

If the item(s) are returned in any condition other than the condition when sold, or if the items are not hand delivered back by the 7th day following the initial pickup, the return and subsequent refund will be denied.

How long will it take to receive a reply with an answer to my inquiry ?

Any and all inquiries submitted to Audio Experience via email, text, or voicemail will under normal circumstances be responded to within 2 standard business days (Mon.–Fri.).

If the inquiry falls on a vacation day, there will be a notice on our phone voicemail system to that effect along with the estimated vacation end / return date.

Will i get a warranty on what i purchase ?

As an authorized dealer and/or reseller for all our brands, all brand-new products purchased from Audio Experience will include the full manufacturer’s warranty.

Any item sold other than in brand-new condition, and/or deemed as “Manufacturer Refurbished”, “B-Stock”, “C-Stock”, “Showroom/Floor/Demo Model”, or “Pre-Owned/Used” will not include warranty coverage of any kind.

Should you require a warranty claim for any brand-new item purchased from Audio Experience, please contact us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to sort out your situation as quickly as possible.

what is audio experience responsible for after i buy something ?

Audio Experience does not provide complimentary post purchase support of any kind, regardless of whether it is related to anything purchased directly from Audio Experience, or if it is related to anything either currently or previously owned by the client that may or may not be in any way related to what was purchased from Audio Experience. Examples of post purchase support include but are not limited to technical qestions, troubleshooting, education, consultation, etc.

Any and all post purchase support other than the processing of warranty claims will carry an hourly fee of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum.

i own a product(s) manufactured from one of the brands you represent that was purchased from another dealer and have questions / need tech support / require a warranty claim / etc. – Can you help ?

Unfortunately not. You will need to contact the dealer or retail store where you purchased the product from to receive the support that you desire. Audio Experience does not offer any kind of support for non clients, nor do we offer hourly support related to items previously purchased from a competitor.

do you install the products that you sell ?

Should you desire to have Audio Experience install anything purchased from us, installation may be available at the rate of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum. Please inquire for availability.

We do not provide product installation services for anything purchased outside of Audio Experience and reserve the right to refuse any/all installations for any reason.

I am interested in a new stereo or home theater and need some advice. Can you help me ?

Audio Experience offers pre purchase audio video consulting appointments in one hour blocks at the rate of $200/hour with a one hour minimum, 50% of which is refundable for those that purchase a system within 30 days totaling at least $25,000.00 and 100% refundable for those who purchase a system within 30 days of at least $50,000.00

how can i purchase something from audio experience ?

When placing an order with Audio Experience, prepayment in full is always required, regardless of whether or not the item(s) is in stock or on backorder. The simple reason for this is that we do not stock anything, rather everything is ordered on an as needed basis.

Any order cancellations executed following the order’s shipment from the manufacturer to us will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Specific product availability and lead time will vary both by manufacturer as well as by product. Further details can be made available at your request.

Can i pre order a product ?

Standard production items that are pending release and are available for preorder from the manufacturer will require a deposit in the amount of 25% of the MSRP for a preorder to be submitted. 

Cancellations for receipt of a full refund of deposit is available up until the point at which we are provided with an invoice or sales order, confirming the order is submitted at the manufacturer level.

Once the manufacturer confirms the order, the remaining 75% balance of the order total cost is due. Additionally, cancellations at or following this point will result in a forfeited deposit.

Preorders of limited edition items with a finite production quantity that are made available by the manufacturer to be offered to clients without guaranteed allocation will require a 50% deposit of the MSRP.

A deposit for a preorder of a limited run product is fully refundable solely and exclusively in cases where allocation is not met by the manufacturer.

Refunds will not be granted until and unless the manufacturer definitively confirms non fulfillment for that particular purchase order. Refunds will be issued immediately upon notification by the manufacturer that allocations have expired and or will be unmet.

For all limited edition item orders to receive allocation for fulfillment, we will provide you with email notification, at which point the remaining 50% of the order balance is due and any cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.

Audio Experience will not share or sell any of our client’s personal information under any circumstances beyond conducting normal business operations specifically with the brands we represent and the distribution companies we utilize, where applicable.
